- For this new series, we are looking for the following: Genres of music to focus on: Singer Songwriter; Pop/alt-pop; Adult R&B/soul; Brit soul; K Pop, Rock-soul; Pop Soul,Electronic pop; alt-rock; dream-pop. LBGTQ BIPOC, Latin - all styles.
- Minneapolis based acts are a plus.
- Lyrically, songs that reflect a layered emotional landscape: "Reckoning with the past", "Resilience", "Memory/nostalgia", and "Yearning for what was". Do not send any overly youthful lyrics (high school, first kiss songs, etc) as the characters are in the early 40s. The songs will be used in relationship-driven scenes, and/or suitable for surgical/hospital montages and episode closers. Anthemic choruses, dynamic shifts and grand swells are a plus. Some playful and sexy moments as well. Due by July 9th.
